Happy Trails Resort is a community of age 55+ active adults from all walks of life. Our Resort is unusual in that all of the lots are individually owned, rather than leased. Residents enjoy the Surprise, AZ area and the amenities of our Resort. Our clubs cover a variety of interests from arts and crafts, to cards, fitness, games, music, sports and vehicle groups.
